Paying Your Bill Online

You can now pay your bill electronically through the internet.  Follow the easy instructions below to make your payment.

1.    Log onto http://eps.mvpbanking.com

2.    A screen will appear requesting an access code, account number and password.

3.    Enter the access code for Crystal Lake Clinic, 3401. 

        Do not use any of the links listed below the area for the access code.

4.    Enter the account number from your statement.

5.    First time users will be required to set up your information and establish a password.

6.    Follow instructions for "making a payment".
